Coffee!!
A tradition of ours is to start the day with coffee… like most. There are loads of options for this which is great. On our tour we learnt some very interesting facts about coffee……
Be mindful of coffee shops with dark tinted windows and neon signs as these are naked coffee shops…… literally!

Jardin Mallinkrodt
These are incredible markets. The variety of craft beer and good wine makes the experience even better. A mix of Mexican, American, Japanese, Seafood and Chilean food trucks means there are plenty of options. We can highly recommend the tacos!
Vegan Bunker

So many delicious sandwich and burger options. Their homemade sourdough and assortment of vegan mayos are a highlight. A cabinet full of cakes and ice-creams are a must! We were huge fans of their brownie.

Toast and avo at Maison Italia
We found a great breakfast spot!
Our friends Nicky and Dan Dan arrived on the morning of our last day. Perfect timing to find some fresh avo and toast. Barrio Italia is a seriously great area of Santiago. There are so many quirky food spots along with boutique stores to keep you busy for a good afternoon/evening.

We stayed at the Quiral Hotel Boutique on Condell Ave in the Providencia area. Super accommodating staff and great little breakfast provided to set you up for the day….. just make sure youโre awake before 10.
Top Tip:
Request an upstairs room. The hotel provides 24 hour service so can be a little noisy.
